Incubation and co-financed support for Latvian companies under 5 years old with an MVP at TRL4+ — explicitly including dual-use product makers.
About this grant
LIAA's business incubation program supports young Latvian companies — not older than 5 years at application — that have a product, service, or technology at MVP level with technology readiness TRL4 or higher. The program explicitly welcomes producers of dual-use products with both civilian and defense applications. Participants receive incubation services and co-financed support measures for developing and commercialising their product. Applications are accepted until the end of 2026, while program funding remains. For founders planning a new venture, entering incubation early preserves access to the program's support measures during the critical first years.
